I've reached Volo, a ticket has been entered. They said it can take a few
days to be reviewed to see if it can be solved remotely or if they need to
come in.

Turns out the IMC has a contract with Volo, for use of the IMC radio tower
for mounting equipment, Volo will give full technical support at no cost.

If anyone needs an update on the support ticket, it's Ticket # 128178

As soon as I hear back from Volo I will update all of you again.
