Hi Emily:

While we are still negotiating with the Postal Service, it looks like we
will be extending the lease. With this in mind, I have developed a new plan
for the first floor which relocates the stage and light/sound equipment
into the Sunroom and creates several new rooms in the old performance space
as well as a kitchen, open lounge area and two new restrooms nearby.

I would like to schedule a meeting to share this draft plan with you and
others in Makerspace. It is still in the form of a large 24" x 36"
architectural floor plan with changes penciled onto the sheet. I am
reluctant to scan it for transmission electronically until we have an
initial meeting to include further changes you might want to suggest.

Because we have a prospective renter interested in two of the larger rooms
in the plan, I would like us to meet as soon as possible to determine your
interest. The IMC Board definitely wants to give priority to established
Working Groups interested in renting the space.

When and where would be a good time to meet? My schedule is generally very
flexible. Let me know. Thanks.
