There is a (good) possibility that the post office will not be renewing its lease which opens up all kinds of possibilities for space. Working with the city, we are planning on making some significant upgrades to the IMC, increasing our image, signage, and possibly adding retail space where groups could sell their wares to help boost income.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I will let Gary provide the details but this conversation fits nicely with your discussion of expansion and financial viability for Makerspace Urbana.</div><div><br></div><div>Please respond to let us know if Gary can attend and speak.
