[Newspoetry] The IRS has a Sense of Humor?

No, not really but they do have an image problem and apparently you, the
taxpayer, have hired some high paid consultants who have determined that
pretending to have a sense of humor might help fool some of the people,
some of the time.

Don't forget if you file electronically ("It's the latest, high-tech
thing!") and screw something up to their dis-satisfaction, they can come
and seize your computer as evidence.  Just remember they're here to help
you "voluntarily" pay what they think you owe.
