[OccupyCU] Meditation Workshop (useful for activists) Saturday December 8

Hi,
I am offering a free introduction to meditation workshop Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.  There will be instruction in meditation as well as three short sessions of meditation practice, some gentle yoga postures and deep relaxation. 

The workshop takes place at Ananda Liina Yoga and Meditation center, 2308 North High Cross Road, Urbana, 61802.
