Hi friends----because of an approaching deadline that is important to  
me, I won't be able to make the County Board tonight. However, I will  
be there next week, and intend to work on the 'financial side' of the  
jail expansion with others.

I did have a conversation yesterday with County Board member Lloyd  
Carter.who says that the process that is happening is illegal, and  
that he is looking for a lawyer to consult about it. We're working on  
that.
