[OccupyCU] flex-n-gate arts underground?

Does anyone mind if call the flex-n-gate arts-making event an "arts
underground" event on a facebook event page?
I would like to use the momentum of that event but am wondering if anyone
in occupy feels an ownership over the "arts underground" name.
Please let me know.
