LAURIE SIMONS AND TERRY STERRENBERG will be calling into the World Labor Hour to talk about their groundbreaking film, The Healthcare Movie, narrated by Kiefer Sutherland.
The film documents the Canadian Healthcare System vs. the U.S. Healthcare System with interviews of Canadian and U.S. healthcare professionals and ordinary people. The film also documents the specific actions taken in the struggle to get the current Healthcare for All Canadian system during the early 1960's. Lessons Working Americans can use in the struggle of the new Civil Rights Campaign to get MEDICARE FOR ALL in the U.S..
