Subject: Homer wins! But Sunrise Coal won't be deterred.

Hi everyone,

Thank you very much for taking the time to add your signature to my petition. Even though Homer declined to sell water to Sunrise Coal and it is a huge victory, there is still  work to be done. Sunrise Coal said in today's News Gazette that Homer's vote will not stop them from pursuing their end goal of establishing the Bulldog Mine. We cannot let this happen! I'm asking each of you to forward this to five or ten of your friends so that word gets out about Sunrise's intentions, and to hopefully add some new names. Each signature that is collected brings us closer to the General Assembly and Governor Quinn listening, so let's keep this petition going and collect as many signatures as we can. It's Illinois' future at stake and I think we can all agree that coal should not be included.

Thanks so much for your time and effort- it makes a difference!

Susan Forsyth
