Hey Stan!

That's a cool idea.  I'd be the wrong person to talk about it, but 
perhaps one of the people who've been closely involved with the jail 
project may be able to come speak on your show.   I'm copying James 
Kilgore in hopes he might find someone, or perhaps speak himself.
