Stand Up To Coal is a grass roots citizen group opposed to the construction of the Bulldog Mine in Vermilion and Champaign County.  They are holding an information meeting in Homer next week.  This is a great opportunity to learn where the permitting process is and how to help defeat this coal mine from being built.
