[OccupyCU] [Announce] CUCPJ meme blast

I agree with Kristina K. I have been outside of CU for the last few months
and have no familiarity with the political scene, so it took some effort to
realize the quote was supposed to galvanize dissent. Jwalking meme is well
done, but the other memes will likely only have the desired effect to those
already in the know who can do the correct reading.
