I would figure that those who are actively involved with these operations
already are aware of those things and have their figure on the pulse of
community enough to know what the issues are, how the Council Members are
voting on those sorts of things, and how they impact the poor and their own
clients.  I am equally sure that those who are involved in the operation of
those two organizations are and have also made those who care about those
organizations aware of these things.  If this is not the case, then I have
to wonder if they are doing their jobs.
