- Abby Martin's lawsuit against Georgia for making her sign "a speech oath to be 
muzzled" (as Blumenthal rightly put it) before she could speak at a state 
organization, and other speech censorship (Assange, others).

- the need for Congress (particularly the so-called "progressive" members) to endorse 
BDS which none have.
