=> Noteworthy:
A book by Aristotle is titled “Metaphysics,” meaning that ancient editors decided that it properly comes after or in addition to the “Physics,” which is Aristotle’s philosophy of nature or natural history/philosophy.
> cp. meta-analysis, an analysis or interpretive account of the results of a number of previous experiments or analyses.
> metalanguage: the language used to talk about another language.
This is sometimes needed to avoid the paradoxes of self-reference — e.g. “This statement is false”: if true, then it is false, & if false, then true.
> The new name (as of today) of the computer program formerly referred to as “FaceBook.”
