Absolutely correct.  I love the schoolyard slogan, which is so absolutely a
propos to the way our nation behaves (and Russia, and China).  And it's
good practical advice.  NEVER pick on someone your own size!!  Even small
countries like Viet Nam and Afghanistan have mired us down and caused us
much blood and treasure.
