The unpopular Populist UK PM, Boorish Johnson, has finally resigned (Nixon-style, with arms twisted behind his back by members of his own party).  What will happen to his legacy, Brexit unplanned plans or Northern Ireland, is no longer his concern (if it ever was) for the next quarter before he leaves his cushy job to a clueless Conservative Party and a population facing economic uncertainty like the rest of Europe, thanks to the Biden war with Russia. Then he can go back to writing witty copy for Rupert Murdock.
