McRae</A> for its gravely disparate impact on the health of poor women by denying them a medical procedure that 1 in 3 women will undergo. This week also marks the thirty-seventh anniversary of <I>Roe v. Wade</I>, the milestone case that legalized the right for women to control their own reproduction.</DIV>
