<p>Yesterday the <b>Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) </b>celebrated a major victory when we won an injunction against Congress' unconstitutional de-funding of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) for the second time. A federal judge ordered the United States and several government agencies to rescind orders cutting off funding to ACORN and its affiliates and allies.</p>
