I think it's his attempt to compromise on an already watered down cap-and-trade bill in order to curry favors from the Republicans who are just going to vote against it anyway.<br><br>WCIA took some soundbites from me this afternoon, so hopefully it will air at 10pm.<br>

When I read this remark this morning, I immediately assumed it was another Onion parody, using Obama's hackneyed and ridiculous diction to say something he couldn't possibly say. Then I read the rest of the news & learnt of his latest betrayal...<br>
