To rein in the new powers the Supreme Court has given corporations to spend unlimited funds to influence elections, we have come up with a package of reforms that should greatly limit the damage:

<li>Enhance funding disclosures so the American people can follow the money.</li>
<li>Keep foreign countries and entities from determining the outcome of our elections.</li>
<li>Alert shareholders and group members to where money goes.</li>
<li>Keep taxpayer money from being spent on political ads.</li>
<li>Keep special interests from drowning out the voices of the people.</li>
<li>Make sure corporations can't "sponsor" a candidate.</li>
