That's not really hardship although it is a sort of unpleasantness and
frustration<br>
to a penniless blockaded enemy.<br>

When there is nothing at all to eat you can make do with the Chlorella

grows on decaying urine and can be surprised at the value of helminths,
felids, <br>
and other delicacies for sustenance.<br>

Jimmy Carter (that Great Humanitarian) wanted to starve the Russians
out of AfPak with a grain embargo,<br>
which massively destroyed the small American farmer. Those who are
well-off are not<br>
generally particularly threatened by food shortages even though the
clamouring can at times<br>
reach their ears.<br>

It may be immoral indeed to use grain alcohol to power automobiles, but
those who have the wherewithal<br>
are able to make the rules about how the world goes, and driving down
the grain supply<br>
does certainly consolidate power even further.<br>

It appears that part of being the world's policeman is to starve the

It does not seem (to me) that this will turn out well for the
perpetrators, whether they are active or passive.<br>

I thought all along that the MLK's "backbone of power" that was to be
broken was the dollar. <br>
<br>
But it seems that there is a protruding spine yet to be felt and
appreciated.<br>
