probably very concerned about the elimination of the IL<br>Cares Rx program and the drastic cuts to Medicaid benefits. Advocates will<br>be available to meet with you individually, answer your questions, and<br>explore other state and federal programs that you may be eligible for to<br>alleviate some of the pain and suffering from these devastating cuts.<br><br>Participating agencies include:<br> * CCHCC<br> * Provena Center for Healthy Aging<br> * Champaign County Regional Planning Commission<br> * Family Service Senior Resource Center<br> * Smile Healthy<br> * Provena Covenant Hospital<br> * Carle <br><br>Are you unsure how you'll be able to continue paying for your medication<br>without IL Cares Rx? <br><br>Are you worried about losing your Medicaid benefits, such as dental,<br>vision, and prescription drug coverage? <br><br>Do you need help filling out applications and getting enrolled in programs<br>that provide medical or prescription
financial assistance?<br><br>Do you have a friend or loved one who you are concerned about that relies<br>on IL Cares Rx or Medicaid?<br><br>Join us on Wednesday, June 27 at Lincoln Square Mall and we will do our<br>best to answer all of your questions and make sure you are connected to the<br>resources and programs you need.
