included an attack on Russia for being

solely on Syrian government abuses that
asked Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
to press the UN to refer the crisis to
the International Criminal Court, to
freeze assets of senior Syrian
officials, and to implement an effective

and called for having women at the table
at the recently held Tokyo conference on
