<div>The letter closes at 12 ET, 11 central. It says that
President Obama shouldn't attack Syria without Congressional
approval, and that Congress should be called back into session
if need be. It's plausible that Davis would sign, because it's
a mostly Republican letter (Rigell is an R and as of yesterday
afternoon's Politico report, 27 Rs and 6 Ds had signed.)
