What does that mean? During the main part of the week there will be a large wall on the Quad that wrongfully accuses Israel of committing humanitarian crimes. Basically some students will try to demonize the state of Israel and make students on campus uncertain about their relation to it. </span></div>

<div style="font-family:'Lucida Sans Unicode','Lucida Grande',sans-serif">ISSI, along with myself personally, strongly object to the harsh and misleading rhetoric of Israel Apartheid Week. We think that promoting hate against one side is counter-productive to the peace talks that are currently taking place between Israel and the Palestinians under the leadership of Secretary of State, John Kerry. Our goal is to promote a positive message at Illinois that supports the peace process and the two-state solution. I urge you to exercise restraint by not engaging in any confrontations with the people organizing the Apartheid Week and the Wall.</div>
