noted the major story about this in the New York Times
in July 2010.</div>

have thought about going after this; some of us
discussed it at the time of the NYT article. But
following the Ginsburg piece, some people approached
Just Foreign Policy and said, "Could you put up a
petition at MoveOn about this? Maybe the climate is
different now."</div>
