extreme. It would direct the state to cut off
contracts with any company that "boycotts Israel."
"Boycotts Israel" is defined to include <span

controlled by the State of Israel." Thus, a company
that stopped selling products produced in Israeli
settlements in the West Bank would be subject to
sanctions by the state of Illinois. </span></font></div>
