I still think it could be good if there's a way to draw on the
Alfred McCoy commentary on the continuity of geopolitics, which Mort
had posted last month... Though it is not close to being a
page-long piece, I'd be happy to sift it for quotable fragments.

imperialism, hegemony, provocation and war mongering. I would
like to make people aware of the recent release of the Pentagon
report which commits us to war in spite of the lack of

targeting an audience that is probably already in agreement
with the author. If the intention is to bring new
information to those who don't have it, I'd suggest
providing more background on the information provided in the
article. But that's possibly what you meant by "suitably
