CIA, always CIA—Mueller was put in charge of working in cahoots with the CIA and the FBI to orchestrate and manufacture the so-called evidence and case that framed Muammar Ghadafy for the bombing of the PanAm Jet over Lockerbie Scotland in order to let Iran
