Bolton’s Syria policy would be a recipe for permanent war, instead of getting out of Syria, as Trump has promised. The Syria piece would re-impose sanctions on Iran that were lifted by President Obama under the Iran nuclear deal, making it harder to re-instate the deal in a future Democratic Administration. </span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;">
