I advocate adding a demand/exhortation (I don't like the word 'encourage')
that any criminal trial take place in an international criminal court
where the death penalty is not an option.  I would also like to see
language calling for an end to US-sponsored terrorism, including the
School of the Americas by any name, weapons sales,  and funding insurgent
or counter-insurgency groups within other countrys.
