IT'S INTERESTING THAT RUSSIA HAS NEVER THREATENED TO USE THEIR NUCLEAR WEAPONS, AN ACCUSATION NATO AND THE WEST USES AGAINST RUSSIA TO FOMENT WESTERN FEARS; RATHER IT IS MORE LIKELY THAT NATO/U.S. IS "COCKED AND READY" WITH THEIR ICBMs.  THIS TERRIBLE WAR COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF BIDEN/NATO HAD ALLOWED UKRAINE-RUSSIAN NEGOTIATION TALKS BEFORE FEBRUARY 24.
