<br>Again, Jeshaun is in court Jan. 19 at 2pm in the Champaign County courthouse, downtown Urbana.<br>Jeshaun, a 15 year old, watched his best friend Kiwane be "accidentally" shot dead <br>and now he is being charged with aggravated resistance to a peace officer.<br>
We've FOIAd the medical records on the injuries sustained by Finney and were denied.<br>Now the State's Attorney, an elected official, is representing the "public" with evidence the public has no access to.<br>
