WHY are police issued guns w/ no safety?? WHY was Norbits assigned to active duty anyhow, after his previous homicide... and WHAT was that all about anyhow?? WHAT was the fall out from that -- was he on probation, reassigned to the desk for a while?? The FOP lawyers (or the Champaign Police) aren't going to bring up Norbits' past actions, only the real victims -- WHY didn't the media spend any time on that?? WHAT will Norbits' assignment be after the 30 day suspension?? <div>Pls excuse the obvious parallel, but pedophile priests bear only part of the blame... There's plenty left over for Administrations that fail to do their job, fail to expose and punish the guilty, but instead reassign and thus
