The Illinois Coalition Against Torture (ICAT) is a recently formed coalition in<br>
which multiple MCHR organizations are involved. Since its formation ICAT has<br>
been extremely active, especially in response to the Burge trial which is<br>
currently underway. Below is an announcement for an upcoming event sponsored by<br>
both ICAT and DePaul's International Human Rights Law Institute. Be on the look<br>
out for MCHR and ICAT news about the Burge trial as it progresses.<br>
