To make a definite *proposal*, how about:<br>

Urbana Veterans' Memorial<br>
(that's Broadway and Main, or, the NW corner

more broadly about Obama's unfulfilled promise as a peace, civil liberties,
etc. candidate from four years ago.)<br>
