<p class="MsoNormal">A motorist drove into a crowd of students who were holding a
rally outside Champaign Centennial High School to protest the grand jury
decisions in the police shooting deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner. //
The driver claims students damaged the windshield. Some students say the driver
motored through the crowd while giving them the middle finger. // \\ Watch a

Police say they have no proof that the driver flipped off the students and are not
assigning intent to the driver. // Champaign police identified an 18-year-old
student who was responsible for damaging the vehicle and the student was
initially taken into custody for criminal damage to property and mob action.
Police released the student. </p>
