<p><span style="font-size:14px">In the conference committee’s bill merging differences between the House and Senate versions of the NDAA, <em><strong>every single one of these important amendments was stripped out.</strong></em> This FY2020 NDAA bill has been so severely stripped of these crucial House-passed provisions essential to keep the Trump administration in check that it represents a near total capitulation. </span></p>
