[rfu-automation] PSA for La Casa

If everyone has a chance, please look over this PSA. While I am not
bothered by the PSA too much (I'm comfortable with leaving it up to
individual airshifters to decide whether to read or not), the PSA does
have a political slant and viewpoint. I just want to feel out what
everyone feels comfortable with concerning our "official WRFU" PSAs.

My only concern is that the PSA does go beyond the "just give the
facts" about the event and tries to portray a specific slant that may
or may not be attributed to the station organization. Remember: we do
not read our disclaimer for our PSAs.

This is probably nothing, and everyone will agree, but since this
program is in its infancy, I figured that everyone on automation should
get their 2 cents in.

Thanks. -Noel
