[rfu-automation] Jazz @ The Urbana Free Library this Sunday!

Join us for great live jazz music in the lovely front reading rooms of the Urbana Free Library this Sunday, August 19 from 2 - 3:30pm.  The free concert will feature The Boneyard Jazz Quintet, a local group of seasoned jazz performers who have played with many name bands.  Boneyard Jazz Quintet performs popular tunes by legends such as Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers, Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, as well as experimenting in a variety of styles such as swing, Latin and ballads.  The band includes Armand Beaudoin  (bass and cello), Jeff Magby (drums), Morgan Powell (trombone), Tom "Shab" Wirtel (trumpet and flugelhorn), and Woody Woodward (piano).  
   
  The concert is part of the library's popular monthly UFLive concert series which takes place on the third Sunday of every month.  The concerts are made possible by a generous donation from the Urbana Free Library Foundation.
