Urbana is Seeking Artists and Designers for Downtown Newspaper Rack
Project

The City of Urbana is seeking artists and designers to redesign a
newspaper rack structure that is artistic and functional to be located
downtown Urbana, Illinois.   

All submission materials will be received until 5:00 P.M. on July 20,
2007.
