access to Zara is now working:

> mccoy (soon-to-be new mailserver) 75.145.177.74
> zeco (the webserver): 75.145.177.75
> fixx0 (soon-to-be new webserver): 75.145.177.76
> imsahp (the mailserver): 75.145.177.77
