Hello,

I am a member of Grand Prairie Friends, a local non-profit in
Champaign-Urbana that seeks to educate about while preserving and
restoring tallgrass prairie and woodlands across East-Central
Illinois.
We are having a plant sale, which will provide the bulk of the funding
for our organization, and was wondering if WILL could possibly have a
public service announcement regarding this sale.  I have drafted a
sample PSA below.

Grand Prairie Friends is having a Native Plant Sale at Lincoln Square
Village.  They will be selling dozens of prairie plants along with
additional woodpland species and herbs for multiple land types.
Volunteers will be available to help choose a variety of plants for
various habitat types.  The plant sale is on Saturday, May 10 from
8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Grand Prairie Friends is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit,
conservation organization composed of people from many walks of life
who share a commitment to preserving and restoring tallgrass prairie
and woodlands across East-Central Illinois.  Proceeds from the plant
sale will go towards their operations.
