To follow up on two items of discussion at last night's meeting:

1.) I will be able to train one or two sessions on either Monday or Tuesday
of next week, 4-6pm, depending on which day has more popular demand.

2.) JIMBO (the automation computer) does not have an extra available hard
drive disk bay. The existing drives are as follows:

C:\ - System, 10GB (3.6GB free)
D:\ - Scratch (empty), 9.2 GB - this is a partition of C
G:\ - Content, 150GB (133GB free)

Of all the data on G:, 13GB is the music library (the iTunes folder), which
right now contains both local and non-local music, and not all of which has
been checked to ensure that it is clean.

So, for now, it would probably be best for Alex and Maggie to create a new
sub-directory on G: to re-catalog the "iTunes" folder and setup their new
file structure. They are doing this for several purposes that will benefit
the Automation group: a) create an inventory of the local music that is
organized; b) move this inventory online where it can be searched; c) update
the local music library by consistently adding more CDs and songs; and d)
make sure that ZaraRadio is playing the local and clean tracks. Eventually
the non-local portion of the library will be made available on another
instance of ZaraRadio on the in-studio computer along with the local tracks,
so DJs can access these files during live programs and without interfering
with automation.
