[rfu-automation] Studio Computer Internet and Online PSAs

I keep forgetting to ask this at general meetings. What is the status
on getting the studio computer back on the internet? Are there plans
to get that computer online? Are we voluntarily keeping it offline,
and if so, why?

I only ask because I have not been updating the written online PSAs
because there is no way to access them in the studio. If the studio
computer is never going to be online, then I will switch to hard
copies of the written PSAs.
