[rfu-automation] Unity March PSA

Oh, I'm not looking to place blame. I was just wondering what our
process is like.

For example, when someone submits a written PSA, I take a read over
what they submitted. If it looks good, I'll publish it on the website.
If there's minor changes to be made, I'll edit in changes and ask the
submitter for approval. If it would be a lot of work to make a
suitable PSA (e.g. they just turned in a flier or it sounds like a car
dealership commercial) I return the submission back and direct them to
our PSA webpage for guidelines.

Anyways, I'm just curious. I can offer to screen recorded PSAs if you
need the help, and I can listen to them online.
