[rfu-automation] Fwd: Special syndicated broadcast opportunity

We have scheduled programming from 4-8pm CST - first the public
affairs strip, then local live programming, so it may not suit to air
this live. However, as with the Free Press/Prometheus call this
morning, we could look to air this at a later time/date.

Some ideas:
- We could use the Saturday evening 8-midnight slot for such content,
when we don't have simulcasts from the main space. This would require
some coordination between shows and automation, which I figure should
be possible.
- A problem with that plan: syndicated public affairs is generally
very different in tone to a simulcast. It could cause confusion for
listeners
- An upside: we can always have content, whether it's playing new
special event public affairs, pulling stuff from archives (there's a
lot of evergreen material available online), or having a simulcast.

- We could look to use some other, currently empty, timeslots for such
content. Weekday mornings offer a good period for this at present -
Tue-Thur has 8-12 free each day.
- Downside: we don't want to discourage people from taking these slots
- Downside: is this a good time to air this content?
- Upside: this will be original, topical programming that will break
up (or replace) constant repeating of the same music
- Downside: it reduces the amount of airplay we give to local music.
