combo change
we will be changing the combination the studio soon.
only known shifters will receive the new combo.  if you are unsure of
your status and have a show you need to contact the rfu-membership
list.
only approved known shifters should have the combination.  it is the
responsibility of the rfu-membership group to give out the
combination.
if another shifter does not have the combination and asks you for it
do not give it to them as you are liable for any issues they may
create.
members who do not receive email notification with the new combo
should sign the sheet on the outside of the studio, contact the
rfu-membership group, or attend an rfu-membership meeting.
must not give out the combo to anyone who does not know the.
only committee has rights to give out combo change.
dan is going to write up the email that will go to all members in good standing.
there will be a notice on the door with a sign sheet for members who
are no longer able to get into the studio.
you are not able to give it out to anyone but who is on the programming list
if you are in the studio and and someone knocks to get in because they
do not have the combination please have then sign the sheet and notify
the rfu-membership group.
ken is going to send the email out to every known member in good standing.

aon productions 9 to 10 pm on fridays
fcc content violation of safe harbor: playing indecent material during
safe harbor
-mike called the first time
-noel reported it happened again the following week and called
-may not even have a trained air shifter in the studio
-skip to 2nd strike status
-ken is going to get aon's info to mike

approved policy for shows who violate *ANY* fcc policy (this includes
failure to sign log, read legal id, and playing of any restricted
material).
1st strike
one month probationary period where if you get caught within
probationary period you loose your show
2nd strike
six months probationary where if you get caught within probationary
period you loose your show
3rd strike
your out
flagrant violations penalties decided by consensus minus the parties
involved at the rfu-membership meetings

we also approved that if you are found to not do two shows in a row
your show is removed.

we are still working on a sabbatical policy
for now, you must notify that you are going to be gone for the summer
by emailing the rfu-membership list to ensure you will have your show
when you return.  if there is no notification after two shows your
show will be removed

if you are wanting to be re-training please contact the
rfu-membership.  we will post this information in the studio.
