You are the first to request it, but this isn't a race :)

The next scheduling committee meeting is Sunday, April 19th at 5pm.  That's where the approval takes place.

Just to be sure ... you will give up the 9am to 11am Wednesday timeslot and take over the Friday 12-2pm time slot.
